About Plain Dosa + Chicken Curry
Two paper-thin crispy dosas with a bowl of spicy Andhra chicken curry for dunking — the non-veg answer to a classic breakfast.
Dosa with chicken curry is a Telugu weekend habit: the crisp plain dosa stands in for bread and the curry does the rest. You get two thin dosas and a bowl of spicy Andhra chicken curry for dunking. Order it when a masala dosa feels too polite.
