About Onion Dosa
Crispy golden dosa layered with sweet caramelised onions and a scatter of green chilli — simple, sizzling and satisfying.
Chopped onion and a little green chilli are pressed into the dosa as it cooks, so the onion caramelises against the hot tawa while the dosa crisps underneath. Sweet, savoury and a touch sharp. Good with sambar and coconut chutney.
